"Katherine facilitated some difficult conversations with an executive officer and mediated our negotiations for a separation agreement. She kept us focused on the best path forward for both sides rather than letting us dwell on the past. Every time someone raised an issue, Katherine suggested viable alternatives. She just understands people and knows how to address their concerns."
